About Ekahi Village 34C:

We bought this Ekahi Village gem in May 2019 from owners who did not rent it -- using it as a family vacation house for the last 22 years.

It has outstanding views of the wide open Ekahi greenbelt all the way down to Keawakapu Beach and the ocean, from all west facing windows [Living Room, Kitchen, Main Lanai, and Master BR]. It is a corner unit with three large private lanais [the Living Room and each BR has its own lanai] From the lanais, the beach, beach side pool / Pavilion is a straight line walk down the grassy hill of only a few hundred yards. Note the Pavilion is being reconstructed during 2019, but all four pools and private beach access remain available for guests. The Ekahi HOA states the new Pavilion will be complete by Feb. 1, 2020.

Main Lanai has a large mature tropical tree [Royal Poinciana] just outside, providing shade for Lanai and large grassy area in front -- effectively extending the Lanai at least 30 feet.

The unit was fully renovated and updated with luxury details throughout, including gourmet kitchen with SubZero refrigerator, cork wood floors, a separately controlled air conditioning unit in each large room, and modern tiled walk in showers (there is no bath tub).

Master bedroom has King size bed; Queen size in second bedroom
Both bedrooms have private, en suite bathroom with shower.

Booking Policies

  • Security / Reservation Deposit of US$500 [$800 for non-US residents] required upon booking and held until after your departure
  • Signed Rental Contract Required; Balance of Rental Amount due at least 60 days before arrival
  • Guests must abide by all Owners Association rules, including beach and pool rules.
  • Hawaii Taxes of 15.42% are added to Base Rental Amounts
  • There is a $250 cleaning fee also, which is waived for stays of at least 7 nights.

Cancellation Policies

NO REFUND of paid amounts if your stay is cancelled within 60 days of arrival, unless we can rent your booked nights [fewer nights are pro-rated] Re-booked nights are eligible for pro-rated refund, minus $70 fee.
