To cancel MORE than 60 days prior to lst date of rental there will be an administrative fee equal to 2 nights rental. To cancel WITHIN 60 days of arrival date of rental the entire rental amount less a pro rata refund IF able to re-rent. Two day administration fee will be retained. We recommend Trip Cancellation Insurance.
