There’s something about the salty air and lull of the tide that encompasses the charm of Coastal Beach living. The condo is a bit of Beach-Chic style mixed with Coastal Elements.

A5 is in a small boutique complex that is intimate and laid back. You have a partial view of the ocean from your lanai. However, A5 is in a direct beachfront complex which is steps away to Maui's famous white sand beach called "Sugar Beach". The beach is clean and unpopulated with beautiful views stretching for miles in either direction. You can walk for miles south towards Kihei or miles north towards Maalaea Bay. Sugar Beach is Maui's longest beach.

A5 just had a recent 2 month long renovation. Remodeled with High Quality Materials and your COMFORT in mind.

• Keyless entry (no registration/no keys).

Prior to guests arriving at the property, a code is provided which allows guests to open the keyless entry front door. There are no keys to pick up or drop-off, so guests are free to simply let themselves in at any time after the check-in time which is 2:00 pm.

• FREE parking (1 car per condo).

There is free on-site open parking spaces in the parking lot which is located directly next to the building for super easy access to the condo unit.

A5 has many repeat guests. It has been a favorite for honeymooners and those celebrating special occasion. You will feel like you are among friends in this small complex. Enjoy daily coffee beachside in the early morning and weekly smores in the evening.

This location is ideal for long walks, jogging, swimming, snorkeling, sunbathing and whale watching in the winter (November - March).

The common area is direct OCEANFRONT and features a beautiful tiled pool with whale mosaics on the bottom, beachfront lawn with lounge chairs, large dining tables with umbrellas and BBQ area with 2 commercial gas grills, all with ocean views. The property faces West so guests can enjoy each Happy Hour from either their private lanai or down in the pool area or oceanfront deck and watch the Magnificent Maui SUNSET skies.

A short walk down the beach to the south, you'll find a Farmers Market, an ABC Store, Sugar Beach Bake Shop and Ululani's Shave Ice. Right next door to the north, you'll enjoy local tavern called Dina's Sandwitch for casual dining with a full bar. Of course, by car there are abundance options from casual dining in South Kihei to fine dining in Wailea and Mama's Fish House in Paia. You can drive to Safeway, Foodland, Costco, Target, Walmart and local shops. For your shopping needs, you will find everything from souvenir T-shirts to expensive high-end Louis Vuitton handbags to Rolex watches at the Shop in Wailea.

Your condo location is pretty much centrally located on the island roughly 15 minutes from the airport and all major stores. It is great for those who wish to see other parts of Maui and then return home to their condo for a relaxing evening watching the colorful sunset. There is nothing like relaxing in front of a beautiful skyline, the perfect end to any day.

Booking Policies

  • Late Check-Out available if no back to back reservations. Pre-arrange with owner prior to final payment. $100.00 fee for late check out up to 5:00 p.m. Full day fee if late check out is after 5:00 p.m.
  • Unit is strictly Non-Smoking
  • FREE parking (1 car per condo)
  • CLEANING FEE: $130.00 (a one time cleaning fee applies to all stays)
  • REFUNDABLE DAMAGE DEPOSIT: $300.00 ( will be refunded back to guests 7 days after check out)
  • Childproofing. The unit has not been childproofed in any way. Guests and their visitors are required to be completely responsible for the safety of any children.
  • FAILURE OF NON-ESSENTIAL ITEMS: There will be no refund due to failure of non-essential items. Equipment occasionally malfunctions and cannot be guaranteed 100%
  • Minimum Night Stay is 7 Nights during High/Winter Season & 4 Nights during Regular Season
  • 30% deposit to hold reservation if more than 61 days prior to arrival date.
  • 100% payment required if reservation is less than 61 days prior to arrival date.

Cancellation Policies

Cancellation requests must be received in writing. $150 administration fee is withheld for all cancellations. Requests received more than 60 days in advance receive full refund. Requests received at least 30 days before arrival date receive 50% refund. No refund for cancellation requests less than 30 days before arrival date.
