In addition to the large pool, lounge chairs, umbrellas, comfortable sofas and dining tables there is an outdoor kitchen fully equipped with stainless steel appliances and outdoor gas grills. There is a new fitness room nestled between the outdoor showers and segregated washroom facilities. The entire space is child friendly and some games and puzzles are available along with wifi and shuffleboard to keep everyone entertained. It is also handicap accessible. Check-Out Time : 11:00 AM
General Policies
Upon booking a 2 night deposit is required and balance due 2 weeks before arrival date.
A personal door code will be given once the balance due is paid with an additional security deposit of $500. Accommodation tax is required with payment.

please lock all doors, close windows and remove trash frequently and upon check out and turn off a/c when it is not needed and upon check out
House Rules
Ekahi has quiet time from 10 pm - 7am. No smoking anywhere on the property or in the unit. Security enforces both these policies. Do not hang any items over the lanai or hallway railings.There is a printout of the Ekahi house rules in the unit. Please read.Â

Cancellation Policy
We encourage travel insurance for reimbursement of any cancellation.
if cancelling within 2 weeks of your check in date there is no refund unless we are able to book your time with another client. We will do our utmost to assist with this event.
