POLICIES:
  • Rates are based on 6 Guests
  • Available as a 2 bedroom/2 bath for 4 people at $50 lower rate per night.
  • 5 night minimum. 14 nights- Holiday Season.
  • 5% discount, 8-15 night stay (excluding Holidays).
  • 10% dicount, over 16 night stay (excluding Holidays). Call For Monthly Rate!
  • Cleaning fee $100.00
  • Add 13.42% Hawaii Tax.
  • $300 Refundable security deposit.
  • Full payment required 45 days before arrival date (US Funds).
    Check-in: 3:30 PM   Check-out: 12:01 PM

Cancellation:
  • There is a $100.00 cancellation fee before 45 days and 25% after 45 days.
  • No cancellation fee if we are able to rent condo during your scheduled period.

This condo is on the 3rd floor (top) with vaulted ceilings, 30 foot lanai & zonal air conditioning for your pleasure. On the lanai, you will enjoy Direct Ocean and Haleakala Mountain views. Looking down on the garden area, you will also enjoy being directly above the "New" swimming pool area.

Many guests have commented on how quiet and clean our Executive Condo is. Our rental clients are normally adults but we will accept children above 10 with prior approval. Mahalo for your interest in this fully furnished home away from home on Maui!

You have arrived in Paradise when you stay in Omega's Executive Condo on Maui!

No words can explain the experience of feeling the tradewinds flow through the entire condo as you leisurely watch the ocean waves, smell the beautiful flowers and listen to all the birds sing as if they are your own personal Choir.

Enjoy our condo with three large bedrooms and three full baths that can accommodate up 4 to 6 guests. It can also be rented as a two bedroom for up to 4 adults at $50 less per night.

Our Resort takes pride in being a smaller resort with over 50% of all the units being one bedroom/one bath and eliminating that big hotel beehive feeling.

Luana Kai is comprised of only 4 - three story buildings on the ocean front side of South Kihei Road, you will enjoy playing tennis or just leisurely strolling on the grass or sandy beach out front. No words can explain the experience you are about to have.
