POLICIES:

  • watch noise-particularly on lanai-particularly 9 PM to 8 AM
  • minimum 5 nights-ask about monthly ( 4 weeks) rate & 3 month rate
  • control children behavior particularly at pool & barbeque
  • no clothes, suits or towels hanging on lanai

Cancellation:
  • Xmas/New Years-no refunds
  • For Mid Dec- Mid April reservations: 75% refunded for cancellations 90 days prior to arrival , 50% if cancel 60 days prior, 25% if cancel 30 days prior
  • For Mid April - Mid Dec reservations : 75% refund for cancellations 60 days prior to arrival, 50% if cancel 45 days prior, 25% if cancel 21 days prior

Sweeping ocean view from our kitchen and living room (front facing ocean all glass). Our unusually large (200 sf) lanai is directly across Kihei Rd from Kamaole Beach III. We are just steps from the beach and almost into expensive Wailea.

This unit was completely remodeled and refurnished in 2005- another upgrade complete by 8/1/09 incl new MBR king bed and LR queen sofa bed The kitchen offers granite counter tops, back splase and island range oven that seats 4 for dining-stacked wash/dryer-queen bed in spare + blow up single in case you need seperate beds in 1 room...A/Cs in both BRs + 3 ceiling fans...7 nights or more-we pay cleaning fee

We love our location in very south Kihei. We are close enough to restaurants and shopping to walk yet far enough south that the traffic is light.

Kihei feels like a beach front community and Kamaole II and III beach parks offer some of the best swimming, snorkeling and beach play in the area.

Maui Parkshore is immediately across from Kamaole III beach park and has a pool, gas BBQ picnic area and elevator.

Our condo has 2 baths and can accommodate up to 6 guests.
