POLICIES:
- We have only one PERSONAL policy:
We absolutely INSIST that you have a great time!
Thus learning the true meaning of Maui No Ka Oi !!! - 5 night minimum stay - Holiday season 14 nights
- $500 damage/cleaning deposit.
- 3 nights deposit is required to confirm reservation.
7 nights deposit is required for holiday periods and for reservations of 14 nights or more - Full payment is due 60 days prior to arrival. If arrival date is less than 60 days away, full payment is due.
- For rentals of 30 days or more, 1/2 of full balance is due 6 months prior to arrival
- Christmas/New Years - Full payment due October 1
- No Smoking - No Pets
Check-in: 3:00 PM Check-out: 11:00 AM
- A 60 day cancellation notice is required. A $50 cancellation fee will be collected on all cancellations.
- If cancelled within 60 days of arrival, no refunds unless unit is re-rented.
- Christmas/New Years - no cancellations or refunds after October 1.

- Master bedroom has a King bed, private bath & lanai >Both of our lanais have a lovely partial ocean view!
- Others have a King & 2 twins (push together = King) >With the sofa-sleeper we accommodate up to 8
- All appliances - Beach toys - Chairs - Coolers - etc.
- Wireless DSL, Cable TV, DVD, VCR, & Washer/Dryer
- Cool off with A/C or our private swimming pool !
- Spectacular Rooftop view deck w/ seating & BBQs !
- No need to drive around & fight for parking just to play at the beach. Need some milk next door? Want some live entertainment & a few drinks? Just walk !
We believe this is the very best location on Maui! Walk to shopping, restaurants & the best beaches! There are SO many reasons to vacation here ... For us, the reasons are personal ... This is not just our vacation "rental" ... This is our vaction "home" and we love it! We visit Maui as often as possible, & want our time here to really count!

Why we love our Kamaole Beach Royale !!!
Location ... Beaches ... Comfort ... & our home away from home!
We love this location, because for us it's the perfect home away from home. Living in San Diego, we got spoiled with great weather. S. Kihei's weather is even better! ... & actually gets less rain! Northern areas of Kihei & Maui are often windy & rainy.
We were even pickier! S. Kihei's weather is great ... but could we simply "walk" to great beaches & restaurants? How about tons of shopping, & even live entertainment? Most condos in S. Kihei didn't have what we were looking for. "KBR" has it ALL! Our condo is just 300' from Kamaole Beach Park. Our beach is Kamaole I Beach, & is often rated one of the best beaches in the world! Shopping - dining -entertainment ... just a stroll away!
After a day's activities, we love retiring to the comfort of our spacious & fully equipped condo. Here we have everything we need, & can relax in peace & quiet. We hope that you too will love our little piece of paradise, & come to feel as we do, that it's your home away from home!
