Located in the Lower Village, you can enjoy ocean views and a tranquil tropical garden from our large, double lanai. One of the largest 1 bd/2 ba condos in Ekahi, we've recently remodeled our kitchen and baths with gorgeous granite countertops, new cabinets and Italian tile.

Brimming with tropical fabrics, sea aqua blue carpeting and traditional wooden furnishings, the condo evokes a true get-away in paradise while providing all the comforts of home. Be lulled to sleep each night by the sound of waves on a comfy Cal King size bed and a new queen-sized sofa bed.

Both the bedroom and living room face the ocean and are bordered by a tiled lanai that runs the length of the condo. The garden is very private, with an extensive lawn bounded by a spectacular bougainvelia hedge. You will certainly enjoy taking your breakfasts on the glass-topped table, relaxing with a good book, or sipping your favorite cocktail as the sun dips below the ocean!

The kitchen has been newly renovated with cherry cabinets and beautiful granite countertops. It features all of the appliances you need for self-catering. Overhead cabinets have been removed to open up the unit and view from the kitchen. The adjacent dining area features a tropically-inspired, glass-topped table; the dining room table chairs sport tropical fabrics.

The unit's bedroom features beautiful linens, pillows and spread, and tropical wood furnishings. The attached, oversized master bathroom is completely remodeled with Grohe fixtures and Italian tile. A large changing area is just outside the bathroom and includes huge closets; the sink is situated separate from the toilet/shower room for your privacy. The bedroom adjoins the oversized patio -- so the views are spectacular -- and features a private entrance.

The unit has a second full bath, also remodeled with Italian tile and new fixtures, which contains a shower/tub and large separate changing area and oversized closets (full of everything you'll need for the beach).

Only steps from the main Ekahi Village pool, pavillion and golden sands of Keawakapu Beach, 20B is also close to a second "quiet" swimming pool and a handy herb garden.
