POLICIES:
  • 3 night deposit within 7 days to confirm reservation
  • Balance due 60 days before arrival date
  • No smoking or Pets
  • Cleaning fee of $175 waived with stays of 7 nights or more
  • $200 security deposit which will be refunded after inspection if no damage or excessive cleaning needed
  • Additional maid service available for additional fee
  • Minimum 2-week stay during Christmas; 5 night minimum rest of year
  • For stays of 30 days or more additional cleaning service provided mid stay
  • Rates are standard occupancy of 4 persons. Add $10 per person per day up to maximum of 6 people

Cancellation:
  • Cancellation more than 60 days prior to scheduled arrival: 1 night deposit as administration fee
  • Cancellation within 60 days of arrival date: payments will be retained unless unit can be re-rented then a pro rata refund, less administration fee
  • Until confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice
  • We strongly recommend vacation insurance in the unlikely event you can not keep your reservation

Aloha and welcome to our 2 bedroom/2 bath condo located in beautiful Wailea Maui. You will be within walking distance of five white sand beaches strung along Maui’s southern coastline. A paved walking path along the shoreline connects these beaches and the many 5-star hotels in Wailea. A couple of minutes away are some of the best beaches in the world: Ulua (connecting to a 2-mile paved beach walk) and Keawakapu (a long, straight stretch of perfect ocean beach). Five miles away is Big Beach at Makena and next to it, Little Beach. It is just a 5 minute walk down the hill to The Shops at Wailea which includes contemporary dining and designer shopping.

Come and enjoy the awesome view from our lanai featuring spectacular views of Maui's neighboring islands of Molokini, Lanai and Kahoolawe. Our kitchen is remodeled with granite counters, new appliances including a fridge with filtered water and ice crusher and fully equipped to provide what you need to ensure a comfortable stay. Each bedroom has its own private bath and lanai. The living room and each bedroom have vaulted ceilings and air conditioning. Ceiling fans are in every room while louvered windows let in the gentle breezes. Additionally, luxury bed linens, bath towels and beach towels are provided. A washer/dryer is available for your convenience, as are an iron and ironing board and hair dryer.

The lanai has patio furniture for outdoor dining providing a sunset view.

Oh, and did I mention, Ekolu Village is located on the Blue Course of the famed Wailea Golf Club (just in case you're a golfer). Guests are welcome to visit the nearby Wailea Golf Club and Wailea Tennis Club which offer special discounts to Wailea Guests.
