FROM THE MOMENT YOU ENTER you will be surrounded by the SPIRIT OF ALOHA. The first impression is from the large mirror in the dining area which reflects your initial glimpse of the Pacific Ocean and the island of Molokai. As you walk through the entry hall on the designer tile floor, your eyes are drawn to the manicured grounds including tranquil koi ponds as you again soak up the beauty of the ocean view. You can envision yourself cooking in the gourmet kitchen with granite counters, new custom maple cabinetry, new stainless steel appliances, and kitchen 'toys' ranging from coffee grinder to NINJA blender, and then realize that this will be your home for the days to come.

From the designer Granite to the new BOSCH Washer and Dryer (2012), BOSCH dishwasher (2014) top of the line designer sleeper sofa, 2 new LCD flat screen (2013), new original artwork, new window treatments in living room and master bedroom (2012) second bedroom (new in 2014) to the NINJA blender and coffee grinder, we have tried to attend to every detail. There is an AM/FM/CD player WITH Iphone/Ipod dock and charging unit in the home as well as two flat screen remote control televisions new 2012) with satelite TV, one in the living area and one located in the master bedroom. Built in Hairdryers in both bathrooms. A major amenity appreciated by our guests is the BOSCH washer and dryer conveniently located in the entry way closet between the two bedrooms for our guests as well as free wireless high speed internet. Both bedrooms are on the same floor. The master bedroom is extra large and all beds have new bed skirting, scarves and jumbo pillow shams (2016). For your added comfort, there are ceiling fans (new 2016) in the living area as well as in both bedrooms in addition to air-conditioning (new split system w/remote control installed 2013). Both bedrooms are carpeted (new 2014). Enjoy the views and the sound of the waves with the new (2016) lanai seating area with sling back swivel rocker chairs.

Papakea is unlike any other resort on the island of Maui. With 13 acres, the Papakea resort is the lowest density condominium project on the island. From the beautiful blue ocean to the lush manicured grounds, Papakea unique when compared to any other property. Grocery shopping is conveniently located directly across the street, and the charming town of Lahaina is only a short 10 minute drive. A few of the amenities on the property include 2 shuffleboards, 3 lighted tennis courts, 2 twelve hole putting greens, 2 pools, 2 whirlpool spas, 12 outdoor barbeque's and 2 beach cabanas. There is plenty of room for the kids to play outside of this convenient ground floor unit, take a stroll from the lanai to see the beautiful koi just feet away or relax with putting greens right outside your lanai door. If it is your desire to lounge on the sand or on the grass next to the ocean, you are only about 50 steps away!

Our home at J-102 of the Papakea resort means far more to us than just a rental. It is our second home that we have grown to love and appreciate. We have also tried to pay attention to every detail and hope that our guests will enjoy our efforts. Our Papakea home has been completely remodeled including granite counter tops and new custom cabinetry in the kitchen and both bathrooms, natural stone accents in both bathrooms, stainless steel appliances, new split air-conditioning system, designer fixtures, under counter and under toe lighting, a full size dishwasher and refrigerator with automatic ice maker, mirrored closets with loads of storage, tiled floors in the living areas, and plush carpet in the bedrooms (new 2014).
