About Ekahi Village 13F:

Our privately-owned, 1 bedroom 2 bath, second level condo has been recently renovated. It is situated in building 13, on the quiet green belt leading down to the main pool and beautiful beach (3-4 mins walk).

The large living room is bright and airy, with a queen-size, custom hidden wallbed and new cabinetry. The living room faces the lanai, and out to the ocean. Our kitchen is fully equipped with all the conveniences of home. The living room and kitchen have stunning tropical views of the ocean, and the island of Lanai.
The Master Bedroom has a King-size bed with a study, sitting area, and full ensuite bathroom. A brand new queen-size Murphy wallbed has been installed in the oversized bedroom.

Both the living room and bedroom have independently controlled air-conditioning as well as ceiling fans. Our lanai seats 4 and is perfect for breakfast with a view, or a BBQ dinner.

The Wailea Ekahi Oceanfront Village is located along the scenic Keawakapu Beach, where the sands are like soft powder. The surrounding waters are perfect for snorkelling and playing in the gentle waves.

Ekahi has 35 acres of beautiful, lush, tropical grounds. A short walk along the green belt towards the beach, takes you to the main pool and beautiful pavilion, fully equipped with kitchen and BBQ for hosting family gatherings. There are 3 other quiet pools throughout the complex, one of which is mere steps from our unit.
A beautiful walk along our beach takes you to the Grand Wailea hotel, the Four Seasons, and a number of other high-end hotels and all their luxurious amenities.
A short drive from Ekahi you'll find grocery stores, coffee shops, watersport shops, and restaurants.

Booking Policies

  • Min Stay 5 nights, 14 nights during Holiday Season
  • For stays of less than 7 nights, there will be a $175.00 cleaning fee.
  • 25% of total fee due at time of booking. Prices do not include taxes of 13.42%, which will be added on your invoice.
  • Full payment due 60 days before check-in, plus $500 refundable security deposit.
  • Payment by bank draft, personal cheque (time permitting), or credit card (Pay Pal)
  • For credit card transactions please add 2.9%.

Cancellation Policies

Non-refundable 60 days before check-in, unless dates can be re-booked, with $100 admin fee. Refundable up to 60-days before check-in, less $100 admin
