The Palms #902 is a luxurious one-bedroom two-bath upstairs villa tucked away in a private and quiet corner in one of the nicest locations on the property. The unit has a beautiful and private garden view, and limited/partial ocean views. In this quiet corner of the Palms, often the only sound you will hear is the waves crashing on the nearby beaches. The Palms is one of the upscale resorts at Wailea with impeccably kept grounds and a luxurious chlorine-free infinity pool.

This spacious unit is approximately 1022 square feet and the covered lanai provides another 250 square feet of island-style living space. The large lanai is perfect for breakfast, mid-afternoon relaxation, or a private dinner. It is surrounded by palm trees. It is furnished with outdoor furniture, dining table and chairs, and a top-of-the line gas grill.

Why the Owner Chose The Palms at Wailea: Wailea is one of the best if not the best resort community in Maui and perhaps in all of Hawaii. The Palms at Wailea is a gorgeous condo complex. It is very sparsely built, and the grounds are beautifully landscaped. The swimming pool and hot-tub in the Palms is one of the best. The Palms is a short walk away from some of the most beautiful beaches you will ever see. Nearby luxury hotels, spas, shopping, golf, and tennis is an added bonus.

The Unique Benefits at this Condo: This second-floor unit is furthest away from the main road; it is very private and quiet. It is in one of the best buildings in the Palms. We first bought the downstairs unit (#901) as our home, and we lived in it for 8 years and loved every minute of it. We loved this setting so much that later on we also bought this upstairs unit (#902). Now we are renting both of them. These two units are two of the most popular one-bedrooms in the Palms. This upstairs condo is very spacious and bright, and it is luxuriously decorated. The lanai (balcony) is very private and quiet. It also has limited ocean views.

Booking Policies

  • 2 night deposit secures the reservation
  • Balance is due 60 days before arrival

  • $100 cleaning fee for rentals fewer than 7 nights

Cancellation Policies

Reservation deposit as admin fee for cancellations more than 60 days out else the entire fee. Pro rata refund (except admin fee) IF we are able to re rent the condo.
