Although this private recently remodeled top floor condo has two bedrooms, gentle use is preferred. Thus a reduced "one bedroom" rate is offered to 2 people who stay 7 or more nights.

The penthouse stands unrivaled for its wow views featured in resort brochures. (You can ocean gaze from bed & sleep to the lullaby of waves). Only the quiet top floor boasts taller 9' ceilings & windows with huge spectacular views from every room.

This island home overflows with luxury comforts such as: Brown Jordan & Tommy Bahama furnishings, SubZero, Bosch, Grohe, Toto, imported stones, native woods, unique architectural touches, designer appointments and island art; all of which combined with 803's expansive island & ocean vistas, give you a delightful island experience. Privacy and quiet prevail with no one above you. All you need and more is here for a serene, relaxed and carefree stay.

Only a handful of "prime luxury oceanfront" condo owners at Polo Beach rent their special units, but we will share 803 with responsible non-smoking adults who desire beautiful upscale accommodations.

Cancellation Policies

Holidays & Reservations made more than 3 months in advance have full refund with 65 day written notice minus cancellation fee. No refunds promised for last minute cancellations
