 DESIGNER UP-GRADES: Our good friend, Robbi Overvold, ASID, recently utilized over $40,000.00 to remodel our bathrooms with glass block showers, tile floors, floor-to-ceiling tile walls, new mirrors, lighting, and cabinets, and Keucko accessories. Previous up-grades by Robbi included full-length mirrors in the dining room and living room, plush aqua-green carpeting in the dining room, living room, and bedrooms, and matching sofa and love seats. We also spent $10,000 for new bedroom furniture, linens, dining room table and chairs. We also now have a new Maytag range/oven, a new GE refrigerator with icemaker, a new GE dishwasher, and new Plantation-style shutters in the lower bedroom.  CONVENIENCE: 10-401 has Reserved Parking Stall # 56, which is the closest to the main entrance and elevator for Building Ten. Trust us, after a day of sightseeing, it does make a difference.

Booking Policies

  • Four-night minimum stay, with additional discount for twenty-eight or more nights.
  • A 25% deposit is due within ten days of booking. Time permitting, the balance is due sixty days prior to arrival.
  • Departure Cleaning fee $120
  • Security Deposit: $100 to cover damage, loss, or excessive cleaning upon departure. The deposit will be mailed back after checkout and verification of Apt.
  • Payment by personal check, certified check, bank draft, bank transfer okay.
  • A $35 fee will be collected by the Resort upon checking-in at the Front Desk to cover an entry gate card, pool access code, daily paper, parking permit.
  • All units are non-smoking and no pets are allowed.
  • A later-in-the-day check-out may be arranged at NO CHARGE, subject to booking availability.

Cancellation Policies

If at least 60 days prior to arrival date, funds will be returned minus a one-night cancellation fee. If within 60 days prior to arrival date, funds will be returned pro-rata that portion of the payment recovered through receipt of a substitute booking.
