About Kihei Maui Parkshore
Some believe these are the best priced two bedroom condominiums with ocean views located near the beach on Maui. Prices vary widely among the units depending on their condition.

Guests enjoy comfortable, spacious living condos without much in the way of hotel amenities, aside from the pool, saunas, shuffleboard court, and barbecue grills.
There are 4 floors and elevator access. There is no air conditioning but it is a consensus by all writers at Trip Advisor that is is never needed. They note, all rooms have ceiling fans and when you open the windows you get a nice ocean breeze.
Like all beaches in South Maui, Kamaole III is largely uncrowded. There is good snorkeling among rocks and coral; a protected beach with grassy lawn and children's playground.
Being so close to the beach is a great plus though there can be some road noise. Maui tends to go to bed early so noise should be minimal at night when you're more likely to hear the sound of the surf than the occasional car.
The building sits back from Kihei Rd separated from it by a large parking area so traffic noise is minimized. Most renters seem to remember the views, proximity to the beach and ability to listen to the surf. Others just don't want to see or hear the traffic, even at this quiet end of Kihei.
Our Condos:
All Condos are the same 2 bedroom 2 bath floorplan. Some have been remodeled. Most units have floor fans should you need them. though most guests don't feel the need.
Individually owned units mean there are a variety of decorating styles and upkeep. Prices vary widely depending on the condition of the unit, its decorating and it's view. Best to see plenty of photos of the unit you will occupy before agreeing to rent. Our unit here is stunning and has earned our Starfish Award.
Walk to shopping, restaurants with various price points and miles of beaches. Award winning golf and tennis clubs are less than a 10 minute drive.

Sweeping ocean view from our kitchen and living room (front facing ocean all glass). Our unusually large (200 sf) lanai is directly across Kihei Rd from Kamaole Beach III. We are just steps from the beach and almost into expensive Wailea.
