About Makena Landing

Sit on the lanai and listen to the ocean while watching whales play. Enjoy breakfast next to the sparkling pool with waterfall spa. Immediately across the street from the famous "5 Graves, 5 Caves" scuba diving & snorkel site. Follow the beach path north to a nice rocky beach for beach combing and then continue north towards the Makena Surf condos, to fine a small, secluded, hidden beach known as "Chang's Beach". Just beyond that is Po'olenalena beach. You can easily walk, but there is public parking for both beaches.

The Keawalai Church is located across from the Landings Beach park. Continue 2 minutes farther south for the exceptional beach & facilities at the Prince Hotel

Less than 100 yards across the street to the south is Makena Landing. 1/2 mile further, you will encounter the beautiful sandy beach at the Maui Prince Hotel. An easy stroll but there is plenty of parking for those who would rather drive.

Located 6 miles south of Kihei Town Center and 2.2 miles south of the Wailea stop light. Turn on Old Makena Road and follow it toward the beach to our houses.

Makena Landing has a nice secluded park with plenty of trees for shade and chickens for amusement. A great spot for a shore dive, fishing, swimming & snorkeling. Restrooms, a shower, rocky beach, a small park & a sand beach where the shore slopes gently into the deeper water make Makena Landing ideal for children & families.

Our Condos:

These homes are new, 10' ceiling, and walls that open to invite you to out door living areas. Every bedroom has its own private bath & lanai with incredible ocean views and is nicely secluded for privacy. Enjoy free wireless Internet, HD cable TV, luxurious linens, washer/dryer, beach umbrellas, chairs & cooler.

The well equipped gourmet kitchen has brand new appliances, dishes, and cooking utensils. The dining room has a table large enough to accommodate up to 8 people - or dine outside by the pool. The house has central air-conditioning & ceiling fans in every room.

This is the perfect location for ocean sports enthusiasts with world class diving, snorkeling and kayaking. Near by there are 5 championship courses including the courses at Wailea & Makena, wonderful shopping at the exclusive "Shops at Wailea" and many delightful dining options from elegant to casual.

  Our Starfish of Excellence Rating is given to condos we have personally inspected. They have the owner's touch & are decorated, maintained & outfitted to our high standard.
