Our remodeled & very comfortable one-bedroom condo is in the inner circle, close to the pool and less than 1,000 feet from Kamaole III Beach. Our kitchen is fully equipped & gorgeous with granite counters.

We have tried to think of our guests and their comfort so our queen sofa sleeper has a 5" mattress and our king bed has a pillow top. We've included a comfy swivel rocker and a recliner in the living room - great for watching our new 37" flat-sceen TV with cable/VCR/DVD. Enjoy our CD player while dining on our over-sized lanai which features a ceiling fan for your comfort. Free High Speed Internet is provided.

The usual check-in time is 3:00 pm and check-out time is 10:00 am. We realize there are many different airlines with various landing and departure times. We want our guests to be able to come to their home away from home directly from the airport without having to “hang around” until check-in time and to stay until it is time to leave for the airport. If you need an early check-in or a late check-out, just tell us when you make your reservation, so we can alert our housekeeping staff.

Our condo has 2 baths and can accommodate up to 4 guests.

POLICIES:
  • $300.00 US deposit for each week of your visit to book the unit. The unit will be confirmed when we receive your deposit.
  • The remaining balance is due in full 60 days prior to arrival.
  • There is a one-time check-in fee of $25.00 charged by the front desk, which will cover your gate access card, pool code, and parking pass.
  • The housekeeping fee is $110.00.
  • Please add 13.42% to our rates for Hawai'i taxes.
  • Kamaole Sands is a non-smoking resort. No smoking is allowed in our unit , on the lanai, or at the pool. There are designated smoking areas located around the p

Cancellation:
  • A 50% refund will be granted if cancellation is made at least 60 days prior to arrival.
  • There is no refund if cancellation is made less than 60 days prior to arrival.
