Aloha and welcome to our beautiful Maui vacation home. Our updated condo has everything you need to make your vacation a memorable one -- we've thought of everything!

The condo is located in the most requested building across the street from one of the best beaches on Maui with terrific views from our large lanai.

The fully stocked kitchen has granite countertops and the baths have been completely remodeled. A queen wallbed was added in the living area which is very comfortable for additional guests. ***Check out our 60+ reviews. Click on website link below!!!***

POLICIES:
  • A housekeeping service fee ($100) will be waived for stays of 7 nights or more. We pay the Resort Fee ($25) required at check-in.
  • Discounts available for stays of two weeks or more excluding holiday season (- $10 per night for 14 nights,- $15 / 30 nights & -$20 / 60 nights).
  • A $250 deposit per week required to secure reservations (US funds) are due within 7 days.
  • Balance due 60 days prior to arrival.
  • Upon receipt of full payment, information including directions to resort & keyless lock code will be sent.
  • Request for a late check must be confirmed prior to arrival, subject to availability at a half day charge.
  • In compliance with State Law, all units are non-smoking.
  • Pets are not allowed.

Cancellation:
  • For a deposit refund, cancellation is required 60 days or more prior to arrival date
  • For cancellations received within 60 days of arrival or after arrival date, payments will be retained
  • If the space can be re-rented, a pro-rata refund will be issued
