  • Minimum stay 5 nights (14 nights over Christmas/New Year)
  • 2 nights deposit confirms reservation
  • Remaining balance due 60 days prior to arrival
  • $300 refundable Cleaning/Security deposit
  • Cleaning Fee $125 for all stays
  • No smoking - No pets
  • Maximum occupancy: 4
  • We accept personal and cashier checks, Visa/Mastercard and Paypal

Cancellation:
  • One night deposit is forfeited if reservation is cancelled more than 60 days before arrival
  • For cancellation less than 60 days before arrival the full balance is non refundable unless re-rented
