The condominium complex offers a pool, jacuzzi, tennis court, BBQ area with gas grills and tables, and coin operated laundry facilities.

The grassy park across the street has picnic tables, BBQ, beach shower, and an ocean reef off the beach. The reef blocks the ocean waves and makes it a gentle are for children or for snorkling off the beach.

The NOAA Humpback Whale Sanctuary is also across the street. They offer lectures, classes, and information about the marine life around Maui. The entire park is a great place to watch the sunset from but many units also have that view.
