Located just a few blocks north of Wailea, on Maui's sunny south shore, Keawakapu Condos is just south of Maui Kamaole and across the street from a nature preserve allowing for unobstructed ocean views. Fabulous Keawakapu Beach in Wailea or Kamaole III Beach Park in South Kihei are footsteps from your front door. Both beaches are connected by a walking path along the water's edge. The perfect water temperature for swimming, at Kam III the waves are fun without being formidable. Best of all, the snorkeling is great.
Here the 2 bedroom units rent from $120-$195/nite depending on occupancy, season & length of stay. With just 18 units located in one low-rise building, the setting is very quiet and a great value with ocean views and good beach proximity. As at Kamaole One, there is no pool but the Kihei Boat Ramp, departure point for many ocean-going excursions, is right across the road.
The resort is nestled in palm trees, and offers unobstructed views of the ocean and whales in season. There is a grassy area with a bbq area, picnic table and chairs, 2 coin operated washers and 2 dryers located on the lower level of the building. No elevators. It's easy to take advantage of the fine dining which is available at The Grand Wailea, Four Seasons and all of the fabulous Wailea hotels (just five minutes away) or family style, 5 Palms grill(across the street) or Denny's and others a bit north in Kihei.
