The property consists of 440 individually owned units in 10 four-story buildings with elevators through out.
A koi pond with fountains is a favorite destination when wandering the grounds. So is the small play ground at the easily accessed Kamaole III park above the beach. Kamaole Sands is a family oriented complex and it's proximity to the beach and reasonable rates makes it a favorite island destination for many. The lovely grounds and peaceful setting comes at a price for some. You may want to check to location of your condo if you don't want to be too far from your parking. There is plenty, but some buildings are a bit of a walk. Keep any eye out for remodeled units if newer baths and kitchens and a more sunlit feel are important. |
