About Kihei Kamaole One

Known for it's superb location (on the beach, South Kihei, no road noise) Kamaole One is the perfect place for beach or ocean activities as well as for quiet relaxation and watching marine wild life. Restaurants and shopping are an easy walk, but many find it difficult to think about leaving the condo and beach.

At the beach the waves are fun without being formidable; locals swim laps each morning; Stand Up Boarders paddle across the water; some adventurers snorkel while others watch the Canoe Club practice in the war canoes. The sunsets are amazing, the dawn’s reflection a delight. Best of all, you can walk to shops, activities, and restaurants.

Our Condos:

Condos feature two bedrooms and two baths; two private lanais for each ground floor unit and a railed deck for the second floor units. Central Air Conditioning is standard, digital cable, full kitchens and all our condos are updated and/or remodeled.

Every condo has an amazing, sweeping ocean view including from left to right the islands of Molokini, Kaho'olawe, Lanai'i and the West Maui Mountains.

This location provides unsurpassed whale watching in the Winter; turtle, dolphin, manta and spotted eagle rays have been seen in all seasons. As one of Maui's best kept secrets, Kamaole One has many returning guests who come annually and it often books as far out as 2 years

Special rates are available at Kihei's Elleair Golf Club for Kamaole One guests. Family friendly and award winning restaurants, shopping and miles of ocean front beaches and snorkeling spots are within walking distance.

  Our Starfish of Excellence Rating is given to condos we have personally inspected. They have the owner's touch & are decorated, maintained & outfitted to our high standard.
