About Kihei Kamaole Beach Royale

One of the few island resorts offering accommmodations with 3 bedrooms, the affordable and romantic environment and wonderful views will capture your attention.

Ocean views are amazing from the 4th floor and above, with lovely partial ocean views on the lower floors now the removal of some trees that were blocking the view has been accomplished (summer 2007).

You can pay less for a non ocean view room and not miss a thing. The building has an elevator, and the roof top deck features wonderful ocean views and 2 gas grills with large counter spaces. Tables and chairs are also available here, making this a wonderful spot for sunset gatherings or whale watching or simply meeting new friends. A conference room is also available for meetings and other business functions.

The pool area offers a great spot to cool off or play shuffle board. It is smallish but this quaint area is surrounded by a lush garden. Steps away, enjoy Windsurfing, volleyball or gentle beach play at Kamaole I Beach Park. Kam I is often rated one of the best beaches in the world.

Our Condos:

Condos here are large with 3 bedroom units having nearly 1400 sf. Each is owned and maintained by individual owners so they can vary in style, outfitting and maintenance. Condos on this site are linked to the owner's website to enable you to see lots of photos and get a good feel for the unit

Restaurants, grocery and other shopping, even an Internet Cafe are just a short walk away.

  Our Starfish of Excellence Rating is given to condos we have personally inspected. They have the owner's touch & are decorated, maintained & outfitted to our high standard.
